Medical Jewelry

You may choose to engrave your Registry ID number on a necklace, bracelet, or other piece of medical jewelry. Oregon Emergency Medical Service (EMS) personnel are currently being trained to recognize Registry IDs on Medical Jewelry. Medical Jewelry can be purchased through a Medical Jewelry vendor. The Registry does not endorse or recommend any Medical Jewelry vendor. The list of Medical Jewelry vendors below is provided for your convenience and does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation.  Medical Jewelry is not provided by the Registry office.
